Tilapia al Pesto

  1. 4-5 filets of Tilapia
  2. 1- 7 oz container of pesto
  3. ½ lemon
  4. 1T garlic powder
  5. 1T Italian seasoning
  6. 1t salt
  7. 1t pepper
  8. ¼C olive oil
  9. ¼C parmesan cheese
  10. 4T water
  1. Pre heat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a cooking pan with aluminum foil.
  3. Spread the olive oil on top of foil in pan to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the Tilapia on top of the aluminum foil.
  5. Combine all seasonings and sprinkle on top of the fish.
  6. Place the pesto in a bowl, add water and stir vigorously.
  7. Spread the pesto mixture on top of the fish.
  8. Add the cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  10. Add lemon juice on top of the fish just before serving.
  11. Serve over rice or pasta.
  1. This dish is really easy to make and it only takes 10-12 minutes.
